These rules are promulgated under Subsection 13-2-5(1) to facilitate the orderly administration of the Utah Personal Introduction Services Protection Act (hereafter, "the Act"), Title 13, Chapter 30 of the Utah Code Annotated.

The rule is necessary to facilitate the orderly administration of the Act. The Act requires that "[t]he bond, certificate of deposit, or letter of credit shall be for an amount prescribed by rule...." (See Subsection 13-30-106(2))
